Dear Coaches,

After careful consideration, the AYSC Executive Commitee (EC) has decided that the
Arroyo Youth Soccer office will be closed this week from Monday, May 4 through
Thursday, May 7, 2009.

Two students at the Valley Baptist Academy have been quarantined at a house near
the soccer office and are being tested for the H1N1 (Swine) influenza.

The EC will continue to monitor this situation and will update you regularly.

Fields at the Harlingen Soccer Complex will be closed this week.....Please
do not PRACTICE at this location. The city of Harlingen will use this time to water
and flood the fields in preparation for the WD Playoffs which will be held in Harlingen in mid-May.
The fields will  tentatively re- open again on 5-11-09 unless unforeseen circumstance dictate
that they remain closed.
