 FIELDS CLOSED -   Due to the extreme weather today, the Harlingen Soccer Complex Fields are CLOSED. We will update you tomorrow on the status of the fields.

 

 COACHES MEETING  -   The coaches meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at the Treasure Hills Presbyterian Church, 2120 Ed Carey Dr (on the corner of Haine and Ed Carey) at 7:00 p.m. promptly.

 

 SUMMER SOCCER -   Registration for Summer Soccer will be held from May 10 – June 5, 2010. You can register at the AYSC office Mon-Thurs from 10:00 am – 2:00 p.m.

Games:         June 21 – July 15 on Tuesday and Thursday evening (4 weeks)

Cost:            $25.00 for returning (F09/S10) players and $35.00 for new players.

Evening        (Hgn Soccer Complex)

Registration: Tues/Thurs June 1st & 3rd from 5:30 – 8:00 pm

Saturday, June 5th from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

 

 CELTIC SELECT STATE CHAMPS - Congratulations to the U11B Celtic Elite team coached by Eric Muniz & Jose Tabasco. They are the Western DistrictU11 Boys Champions and U11 Boys STYSA STATE CHAMPIONS!!

They took first place on Sunday, May 16, 2010 in Houston!

 

CELTIC SELECT WESTERN DISTRICT CHAMPS - Congratulations to the U18 Girls – 92 Celtic Gold (Coach Hector Yanez) and U15 Boys –Celtic 95 Gold (Coach Hector Loya) as they took 1st place and are the STYSA Western District Champions!

Both teams will be advancing to the STYSA State Championship this weekend at the STAR Complex in San Antonio!

CELTIC SELECT TRYOUTS – Coaches, Please send us the date for your team’s open training/tryouts ASAP. Dates should be between May 24th - June 5th.

June 7th - 11th

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

 Individual Players: $150.00 (Individual Deposit due 5/24/10)

 Team Registrations: $200.00 Team Deposit due 5/7/10

U8 - U11 $125.00 per person / Min of 8 players / Max 12

U12 - U18 $100.00 per player / Min of 12 players / Max 18

U10 SELECT TRYOUTS -  All players must tryout to be considered for a Celtic Select team. Please be informed that coaches cannot form their own teams and Celtic teams and coaching staff will only be selected by the AYSC Select training staff.
